This is an application made by respondent No.1 (a) for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by the appellant in the reference Court.

For the reasons stated in the application the respondent No.1(a) is allowed to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited in the reference Court, with accrued interest, if any, on furnishing usual undertaking before the reference Court to the effect that he will return
