O R D E R

(Passed on 11.02.2023) The appellant/Insurance Company is present through its Counsel Shri H.N. Verma. The respondent nos.1 to 3 are present in person and they are identified by their Counsel Ms Astha Sharma. The respondent nos.4 to 9 are formal parties.

The appellant has filed pursis stating that the matter has been settled between the appellant and the respondent nos.1 to 3 as per terms of compromise and as per terms of compromise, out of the total decreetal amount, amounting to Rs.17,44,574/-, the respondent nos.1 to 3 shall be entitled to withdraw Rs.16,44,574/- in the same ratio as decided by the Trial Court along with accrued interest on remaining amount, which is balance after withdrawal of the amount and the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- shall be withdrawn by the appellant with accrued interest.
