DATED : 24th JULY, 2015 The petitioner has approached challenging the reservation of the land. The petitioner is restricting his claim to only for grant of TDR in view of the land of the petitioner. Shri Puranik, the learned counsel on the basis of the communication dated 20.5.2015 addressed by respondent no. 3, states that the process of granting TDR to the petitioner is under active consideration of the respondent no.4. In that view of the matter we find that the grievance of the petitioner stands satisfied. However, respondent no.4 is directed to issue necessary orders in
