I was not inclined to grant bail considering that the victims are minor daughters of the applicant. 2.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that instead of passing an elaborate order the application may be dismissed as withdrawn and the trial court may be directed to conduct an expeditious trial. 3.

The submission is reasonable.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The trial court is requested to frame the charge, if not already framed, within the next one month and to endeavour to then conclude the trial within six months from the date of framing the charge.

The liberty is granted to the applicant to apply for bail afresh after the two minor victims are examined, or if the trial is unduly delayed.

Any application which may be preferred pursuant to the liberty granted shall be decided by the learned trial court on its own merit.

The fees of the learned appointed Counsel Ms. Shiba Thakur be quantified and paid in accordance with the rules.
