The present application is filed for condonation of 40 days' delay in preferring the Second Appeal.

It appears that the delay has been caused due to some medical reason. As such, I am satisfied that there is no intentional or deliberate delay in filing Second Appeal. As there is justifiable reason for delay, the application is allowed. Delay in filing Second Appeal is hereby condoned.
