DATED : JULY 14, 2021 In the first half, this application for quashing of the charge-sheet was considered in detail. After hearing learned counsel for applicants, when the Court expressed that the Court is not inclined to grant any relief, Mr. Kalwaghe requested for placing this matter in the second half so as to obtain instructions from the applicants.

Accordingly, matter was placed in the second half. Mr. S. S. Bhalerao, Advocate, who is having vakalatnama with Mr.Kalwaghe, submitted that applicants have given instructions to both of them to withdraw this application. The statement is accepted.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The applicants shall have liberty to file application for discharge before the learned trial Court, if they choose so. If such an application is filed, the learned Judge before whom such an application will be filed shall decide the same, in accordance with law.
