Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

This appeal is disposed of on 22-10-2019. As per the order, the VIDC wants to deposit the enhanced amount of compensation. The other side is not having any objection. Hence, the order :-

O R D E R

(a) The appellant is permitted to deposit the amount of compensation within a period of seven days.

(b) The respondent nos. 1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw that amount.

(c) The office is directed to transfer this amount in the joint account of cross objectors/respondent nos. 1 and 2 (of which bank details are given) as per Pursis dated 15-11-2019.

(d) Civil Application stands disposed of.
