This Court has already granted stay, subject to deposit of the balance amount within a period of twelve weeks. The applicant/appellant could not deposit the amount in time. For the reasons stated in the application, they are genuine. Hence, the order:-

a] The applicant/appellant is permitted to deposit the amount within a period of seven days. b] Subject to that stay granted earlier be revived.
