This application is preferred seeking review of the order dated 04.04.2022 in Writ Petition 1823/2022. By the order under review the writ petition which was filed challenging the judgment in Misc. Civil Appeal 24/2016 rendered by the learned Ad-hoc District Judge-4, Nagpur, was dismissed.

It is noted in the order dated 04.04.2022 that the order of the learned District Judge which is assailed in Writ Petition 1823/2022 is rendered on 12.04.2016 and the petition is filed after six years. The petition came to be dismissed on the ground of latches.

Perusal of the review application reveals that there is no attempt made to point out any error apparent on the face of the order dated 04.04.2022. Rather, the

mca648.22.O.odt application seeks to demonstrate that the learned District Judge committed an error in allowing the Misc. Civil Appeal preferred by the original plaintiff and granting temporary injunction.

No case for review is made out. The Misc. Civil Application 648/2022 is dismissed.
