Learned counsel Shri D.I. Charlewar for the applicants questions wisdom of the revisional court by assailing judgment dated 2.4.2016 in Criminal Revision No.75 of 2015. After hearing learned counsel for the applicants and perusing the F.I.R., it is crystal clear that part of the offences are also committed within the jurisdiction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Amravati.

In that view of the matter, the present application is required to be rejected. However, looking to the fact that the incident is dated 2012, learned Magistrate shall make every attempt to dispose Criminal Case No.1073 of 2012 pending on the file of learned Magistrate not later than one year from the .....2/-
