This Court by order dated 2nd July 2019, issued notice on this application. However today none appears for the respondent No.1 or the proposed legal representatives of the respondent No.2.

Heard.

Shri Bhide learned Counsel for the applicant points out that there is a delay of 70 days in

1 ao 38-2018.odt filing application for bringing legal representatives on record. After going through the application, it appears that the sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay. Accordingly, the delay caused in filing application for bringing legal representatives on record is condoned.

Civil Application (CAA) No. 30/2019 Though the respondent No.1 and the proposed legal representatives of respondent No.2 are served, none appears.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The amendment may be carried out within two weeks from today.

The application is disposed of.
