Seen the FIR.

The only evidence against the appellant is that the deceased was admitted to the hospital for treatment after she consumed poison, which is yet not determined. The applicant did not inform this fact to the parents his deceased wife. The brother of the applicant took her to the hospital and gave treatment. She died after some days and thereafter his neighbours informed parents of the deceased about the death.

The applicant has a cycle repairing shop and belongs to the lower strata of the society. He has cooperated the investigating officer during investigation on the strength of the interim order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application (ABA) No.220/2015 is allowed.

(ii) Interim order granted by this Court on 07.05.2015 is confirmed.
