Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

Heard both the sides. As per the judgment dated 29-08-2019, the VIDC wants to deposit the enhanced amount of compensation. For the reasons stated in the application, the amount could not be deposited in time. The other side is not having any objection. Hence, the order :-

O R D E R

(a) The appellant is permitted to deposit the amount of compensation within a period of seven days.

(b) The respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw that amount.

(c) The office is directed to transfer this amount in the account of cross objector/ respondent no.1 (of which bank details are given) as per the Pursis dated 16-09-2019.

(d) Civil Application stands disposed of.
