Considering the nature of incident, nature of accusations against the applicant, the facts which cull out from the reply filed by the Investigating Officer before the Sessions Court and from the order passed by the Sessions Court, I am not inclined to grant the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

The learned Advocate for the applicant states that the marriage of son of the applicant is scheduled for 27-04-2016. Accepting the submission made on behalf of the applicant, it is directed that the applicant shall not be arrested till 30-04-2016.
