CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A. NAIK AND A.M. BADAR, JJ.

DATED : APRIL 15, 2015.

By this petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the State Government to take a decision on the reappointment of the part time instructors in Arts, Craft, Physical Education and Health in Primary Schools in the coming and future academic year. Shri Thakare, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, states that the grievance of the petitioners would not survive, as the State Government has made a provision for filling the vacancies of part time instructors on the conditions mentioned in the Government Resolution. It is stated that the grievance of the petitioners would not survive in view of the issuance of the Government Resolution dated 21.8.2014. Since the State Government has issued the Government Resolution, dated 21.8.2014, during the pendency of the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioners would not survive. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly, with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE Gulande
