The petitioner has approached this Court challenging the rejection of his request for transfer from Open Prison, Amravati to District Open Prison, Paithan. The perusal of the reply would reveal that there is no work available at the District Open Prison, Paithan for the prisoners who were already placed at the District Open Prison, Paithan.

There is no error in the impugned order and the petition deserves to be dismissed. It is accordingly dismissed.
