The only prayer made by the petitioner is for a direction to the Nagpur Municipal Corporation to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 13/01/2015 for regularization of the building construction in the layout of Khasra No.171/1 of Mouza Hudkeshwar.

Shri Puranik, the learned counsel for the Corporation, states that though the petitioner had tendered the application on 13/01/2015, certain necessary documents were not submitted and the petitioner has now submitted the same. It is stated that the Corporation would decide the application of the petitioner as early as possible.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent-Corporation to decide the application of the petitioner, dated 13/01/2015, in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks.

Order accordingly. No costs.
