The application is for grant of bail. After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent, this Court expressed, the Court is not inclined to grant bail. Considering the role of the present applicant, the Juvenile Justice Board has already considered and passed an order under Section 18(3) of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act and held that the trial of the present applicant is to be conducted by treating him as an adult. CA reports are yet to be received. Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh, after receipt of the CA report.
