By this application respondent no.1 is seeking permission to withdraw the amount i.e. Rs.2,77,726/- deposited by the appellant.

(3) Perused the impugned judgment and order. It is stated that the amount of compensation as enhanced by the learned Appellate Court, is just above the four times formula as fixed by the V.I.D.C. as per circulars dated 03.11.2016 and 23.02.2017.

(4) Considering the aforesaid fact, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,77,726/- with accrued interest thereon on furnishing usual undertaking.
