Dawda, Advocate for applicant Shri Abhay Sambre, Advocate for respondent CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A. NAIK AND C.V. BHADANG, JJ.

DATE : 12.06.2015 Though by this civil application the applicant has sought the extension for a period of three months to vacate the house of the husband, the learned Counsel for the applicant states that fifteen days' time may be granted from today to the applicant to vacate the premises as she has secured an alternate accommodation and the same is being prepared and furnished for the residence of the applicant.

The learned Counsel for the respondent does not seriously object to the applicant/wife residing in the house for a period of fifteen days only.

Hence, by accepting the statement made on behalf of the applicant, which would be binding on the applicant, we dispose of the civil application.
