Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. Bhangde, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that additional documents with pleadings shall be submitted to the respondent-Authority by 07.10.2024, advance copy of which shall be made available to Mr. Dangre, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 2 to 9.

The respondent nos. 2 to 9 can also submit their say to the same by 21.10.2024.

The respondent no.1 thereafter shall cause notice of hearing to the parties and pass reasoned order.

If the order adverse to the interest of the petitioner is passed, same shall remain stayed for a period of two weeks after its copy

The writ petition stands disposed of as the the order impugned is set aside in view of above.

We expect entire process shall be completed within a period of three months from today.
