In both these petitions, the petitioners are working as primary teachers and are in employment for last about twenty years. 3.

The petitioners have questioned the order dated 31/12/2024 whereby the respondent No.3-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati has implemented the transfers of the petitioners in Dharni and Pohara Taluka of District Amravati.

Similarly, a challenge is also to the order dated 07/02/2025 passed by respondent No.4-District Level Committee, Zill Parishad, Amravati rejecting the complaint of the petitioners in respect of their transfers.

It is not in dispute that the services of the petitioners are transferable and they have already completed the tenure at the existing places.

In that view of the matter since the transfer is an incident of service which fact was within the knowledge of the petitioners on the date of their appointment, no case for interference is made out. 7.
