This application is moved seeking amendment to the petition, to which the learned Counsel for the contesting respondent Mr. Rahul Bhangde has opposed.

By the amendment, all that is sought to be incorporated is the ground that since the respondent 3 in the appeal was not served, the judgment impugned is in nullity. 3.

Considering that the ground raised involves question of law, which would have to be decided on the basis of the facts which are irrefutable, the amendment is allowed. The amendment be effected within the next 72 hours. Amended copy be supplied to the respondents.
