The Secretary, Rural Development Dept. Mantralaya, Mumbai and ors.) on 01/04/2025, it shall be open for the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent No.3. If the representation is made within a period of ten days from today, the respondent No.3-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati shall decide the same within a further period of three weeks in the light of the directions issued in the judgment of Hanumant Hirachand Saklave (supra).
