The applicants are the legal heirs of respondent No.1. The legal heirs of respondent No.1 were permitted to withdraw the compensation amount. Inadvertently, the word claimants is used while passing the order. In fact, the original claimant is not alive and the application is filed by his legal heirs. 2.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and the applicants i.e. respondent Nos.1(b) and 1(c), who are the legal heirs of respondent No.1, are permitted to withdraw the compensation amount alongiwth accrued interest.

The compensation amount be disbursed on due identification and verification.

The civil application is disposed of.
