Learned Counsel for appellant, on instructions, makes a statement that appellant and respondent have settled the matter and have agreed to file petition for divorce by mutual consent before the Family Court, Nagpur.

Respondent/wife is personally present online. She confirms that the said settlement is arrived at. She further submits that she has already obtained divorce from the UAE Court.

In the light of this development, learned Counsel for appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.

Permission is granted.

The Family Court Appeals is disposed of as withdrawn.
