By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay, which is caused in preferring the revision application against the order 25/09/2024 passed by the learned District Judge and Sessions Judge, Achalpur .

As the applicant was out of station for some work, he could not approach his counsel, and therefore, delay is caused. He submitted that the counsel also failed to inform him about the details regarding the proceedings, and therefore, delay is caused.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed. The delay of 27 days in preferring the revision application is condoned, rkn

On registration of revision application, learned counsel for the respondent waives service of notice and seeks time to file reply.
