The present application is filed for speaking to minutes. 3.

My attention is drawn to Clause-(vi) of the operative order in the common judgment dated 02/04/2025 in Writ Petition No. 3863/2022 along with other Writ Petition No. 3390/2022, wherein, inadvertently, certificate issuing authority is mentioned as "Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Nagpur instead of Municipality Umred.

The birth certificate at page 35 reflects that it is issued by the Municipality Umred. As such, in Clause-(vi) of the aforesaid order, delete the words "Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Nagpur and substitute the same by "Municipality Umred".

Necessary correction be carried out.

Office is directed to issue the certified copy of the corrected order.
