The limited grievance in the petition is that though the selection process is complete in December, 2015, the result of the said selection process is not declared.

On the last date, we had requested the learned Assistant Government Pleader to take instructions from the Maharashtra Public Service Commission as to within how much period the result would be declared.

The learned AGP on the basis of the communication from the M.P.S.C. dated 20.09.2016 states that the period of 4 to 6 weeks would be required for declaration of the result.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent -Maharashtra Public Service Commission to declare the result of the examination

conducted by it for the posts of Dental Surgeon within a period of six weeks from today.
