DATED : NOVEMBER 19, 2019 By this amendment application, the petitioner seeks to amend his petition to bring on record the facts that allegedly demonstrate that the contempt is being aggravated further by the alleged contemnor. In view of amendment which is sought by way of this application, the petitioner also seeks to add the Education Officer (Primary), as respondent / alleged contemnor to the present application. 2.

Considering the contents of the present application, this Court is of the opinion that it would be in the interest of justice to allow the application. 3.

The application is allowed.

The petitioner shall carry out amendment within a period of one week from today.

Upon amendment being carried out issue notice to the newly added respondent No.3.
