There is joint Pursis Stamp No. 3/2025, in Writ Petition Nos. 2761/2024 and 521/2024. The parties have settled their disputes in terms of compromise which are included in the said pursis, those are from (i) to (x). 3.

The tenant is in person present. He has consented and agreed that the contents in the consent terms are correct. As such, compromise terms are taken on record. Those are marked for identification as 'X'. Both the petitions stand disposed of in terms of compromise arrived at between the parties, which is part and parcel of joint pursis. No orders as to costs.
