Date : 19 th September, 2016 In this matter, notice for final disposal of the matter was issued on 26-4-2016 asking the learned Assistant Government Pleader to take instructions as to when the appeal as well as the stay application filed by the petitioner before the respondent No.1 would be decided. Till this date, no affidavit is filed in response to the petitioner, and the learned Assistant Government Pleader seeks time to file an affidavit.

It is not necessary to grant further time to the respondent, and the petition can be disposed of by an order as under : The respondent No.1 is directed to decide the appeal as well as the stay application filed by the petitioner within a period of four months from today.

The petition is disposed of.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader to communicate this order to the respondent No.1. Judge.
