In view of order passed on 22.06.2023 by the Additional Commissioner, Amravati Division, Amravati in Proceedings No.307/MNL-37/Hiwarkhed Purna/2022 (Satiji Tyres and Auto parts vs. Additional Collector, Buldhana and another), we permit the petitioner to approach before the Additional Collector, Buldhana with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the remanded proceedings in accordance with law. 3.

If such application is moved, we expect Additional Collector shall decide the proceedings within a period of six months from the production of copy of this order. 4.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
