On going through the statements of witnesses, it appears at this stage that except for allegation that this applicant beat up Pournima and grand-father of one Ashish by name Mahadeo Yadav, there is no other allegation made against this applicant. Injury report in respect of Mahadeo shows that he received one abrasion over left knee. Pournami's injury report discloses that she sustained few contusions. The investigation is over. Applicant is a woman. Therefore, I am of the view that this applicant can now be released on bail.

Application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 542/2017 registered with Police Station, Washim City for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code on her furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 50,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum, on the following conditions :

2 ba391.18 (1) Applicant shall regularly attend the trial Court on all dates of hearing as may be fixed in the trial. (2) Applicant shall cooperate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the trial.

(3) Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.

(4) Applicant shall not misuse the liberty granted to her.
