It is seen from the reply of the prosecution that it is not the first time that the applicant is involved in this kind of crime. Number of similar offences are registered against him. Hence, I am of the view that this applicant does not deserve to be granted the relief of pre-arrest bail which is basically a discretionary relief.

Application, therefore, stands rejected.
