This is an application for speaking to minutes seeking correction of the typographical errors that had occurred in order dated 21/06/2021.

Having perused the application and the aforesaid order, it is clear that the said errors are typographical in nature and there can be no difficulty in allowing this application for making the correction. KOLHE

Accordingly, at page No.5 of the order in paragraph 10, instead of the words "agricultural plot", the words "non agricultural plot" shall be stated. Similarly, in paragraph 10, the name "Muktilal s/o Haridas Murarka" shall be replaced by "Muktilal s/o Haribakas Murarka".

In paragraph 23 of the order, while setting aside the impugned order, it has been erroneously stated that "order is sustainable". Instead the words "order is unsustainable" shall be stated.
6.
Let the aforesaid corrections be made immediately and the corrected order be uploaded on the website of the High Court.
