DATED : 24th JULY, 2015 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 3, 4 & 5 states that the respondent nos. 3, 4 & 5 will give effect to the order passed by the Education Officer on 7th April, 2015 and the petitioner would be permitted to join in respondent no.5 school. He further submits that post is not available and the respondent no. 2 may create difficulty in sanctioning pay bills. We do not propose to go into the controversy regarding the correctness or otherwise of the order dated 7th April, 2015 since it is not the subject matter of challenge before us. If the respondent nos. 3 to 5 have any remedy

So far apprehension regarding respondent no.2 is concerned, since the petitioner is being joined in terms of the direction to the respondent no.5, the respondent no. 2 is directed to accept and approve the pay bills of the petitioner. The pay bills shall be submitted within a period of two weeks from today and the same shall be approved by respondent no.2 within a period of three weeks thereafter. JUDGE JUDGE Hirekhan
