The Petitioners have challenged the issuance of tender dated 19 March 2018. The petition was filed in April 2018 and by interim order dated 11 April 2018, the Petitioners were permitted to participate in the tender process without prejudice to their rights and contentions in the matter. Thereafter the petition has remained pending. The subsequent events have not been brought on record. Considering the subject matter and the passage of time, the petition would have become infructuous. The petition is disposed of as such. If the cause survives, it is open to the Petitioners to file an affidavit, within a reasonable period, to demonstrate that the cause survives and seek restoration of the petition.
