By the present petition, the petitioner is praying to include the name in the list of beneficiaries published along with Government Resolution dated 6th September, 2023 for being entitled for Rajarshi Shahu Scholarship Scheme for Higher Education in foreign Countries for Schedule Caste Students.

It is submission of the parties that this issue has been dealt with by this Court in Writ Petition No. 4056 of 2023 decided on 8th May, 2024.

In view of above, it is the submission of petitioner that the respondent no.1 be directed to consider the judgment delivered by this Court in Writ Petition No. 4056 of 2023 and accordingly take appropriate decision in the matter.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader consented to this proposal.

In view of same, respondent no.1 is directed to consider the grievances of the petitioner by treating the present petition as representation and pass an appropriate order in the matter within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 7.

Writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
