This appeal is heard at some length.

2] The learned Counsel for the appellants Ms. Ghatode invites my attention to the judgment and decree in Regular Civil Suit 147/2009 in which a finding is recorded that the plaintiffs - respondents herein do not have equal right over the suit property.

3] Shri Ghate, the learned Counsel for the respondents is seeking a week's time to ascertain whether the said judgment and decree is challenged in appeal, and if challenged what is the fate of the appeal.

4] Stand over to 03.12.2018 with the understanding that no adjournment shall be granted for any reason whatsoever.
