NOVEMBER 07, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2) Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that during the pendency of the present petition, subsequent order was passed on 07/02/2023 by the respondent No.1 Divisional Joint Registrar Co-operative Societies, Nagpur whereby the application filed by the Bank was rejected.

3) In view thereof, nothing survives in the petition, accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate proceeding, if occasion arises.
