By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the judgment and Award passed by the 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in LAC No.296/2015. 3.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest including statutory benefits within ten weeks, the effect, operation and implementation of the judgment and award be stayed till final disposal of the appeal. On failure to deposit the amount, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
