This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring the appeal. The applicant is convicted and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 10 years and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/- by the learned Sessions Judge, Wardha. The applicant is in jail.

In that view of the matter, though there is a delay of 461 days, it is condoned in the interest of justice. The application is allowed and disposed of.
