Perused F.I.R.. Victim girl is aged about 8 years. The present applicant tried to do sexual intercourse with her. Offences under Sections 354 and 354-A of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 7 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 are registered against the present applicant.

Heinous offence is alleged against the applicant. Sexual assaults on minor girls are increasing day-by-day. 4.

Looking to allegations in the report, the applicant is not entitled for grant of any protection. 5.

Accordingly, the criminal application is rejected and disposed of as such.
