DATED :- AUGUST 22, 2024 By preferring this appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the appellant has challenged the order passed by the Special Judge, Nagpur.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the appellant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers it reveals that the victim who is mentally unsound girl subjected for sexual assault by several accused.

Considering the said fact and the statement of the witnesses including the statement of the victim I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the same. 5.

Permission is granted.

The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
