It is submitted that in title clause there is a mistake in the name of claimant, instead of ' Basant Nanakram Jambhulkar' it was reflecting as '

Vasant Nanakram Jambhulkar'

. In support of this contention, the claimant filed his affidavit and pursis along with bank details and aadhar card. It appears that inadvertently the name is mentioned in the claim petition as '

Vasant'

instead of '

Basant'

.

It appears that matter is settled in Lok Adalat dated 11/02/2023. The Registry is directed to KOLHE
