Learned counsel for the petitioner states that against the dismissal of petitioner's complaint under Section 203, Criminal Procedure Code, being a final order, a revision is maintainable and, therefore, the petitioner would like to take up that remedy. Hence the following order:- Criminal Writ Petition No. 384 of 2015 is disposed of with liberty to file a Revision before the Sessions Court.
