DATE : 16-04-2025 These applications are filed by the petitioner/ applicant to condone the delay caused in filing the application for restoration of the petition and to restore the petition to its original position.

The petition was dismissed because the office objections were not removed. However, the delay has caused for restoration of the petition.

Considering the reasons stated in the applications, the delay caused in filing the application for restoration of the petition is allowed, subject to costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur and the petition be restored to its original position on deposit of the costs.
