DATED : JUNE 12, 2015 Parole initially granted to petitioner on ground of illness of his wife was extended first on 3/3/2015. Second extension was sought on 23/3/2015 and it has been rejected on 26/3/2015. Shri Lambat, learned Counsel appointed for petitioner, places reliance upon certificate of Doctor at Annexure `A'.
