The petitioners have filed the present petition contending therein that though the petitioners were selected for the post of Kendra Pramukh, they are not being issued actual posting orders.

It is contended on behalf of Zilla Parishad that as per the Government Resolution dated 2.2.2010, 40% posts are reserved for direct recruitment, 30% for promotion and 30% for the candidates who clear the departmental examination. It is submitted that the petitioners are competing from the category of promotees.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to issue posting orders to the petitioners, as per their seniority in 30% posts reserved for promotees. It is made clear that we are not directing the respondents to exceed the quota which is reserved for promotees.
